I wouldn't call it a cream Because I would have to rate it less than it should get. It does not give you hydration nor it does moisturizing effects. So given that you use another cream for hydration before this, it would make the greatest makeup base. Instantly white&bright plus smells powdery and heavenly.

My skin is getting smoothing and brightening. Honestly l love it. I will buy again.
