I love this! It's very effective in getting rid of my pimples and it keeps me from touching them all the time

I ran out of my Nexcare pimple patch so I opted to try this out and its pretty comparable. I do think that the Nexcare one is stronger and gets rid of my pimples faster but its also more expensive. The cosrx one is cheaper, thinner, and adheres to my skin better so thats a plus. Overall I would definitely buy this again.

These are no gimmick. Sometimes when I feel I have a pimple trying to ruin my next couple of days, I slap one of these bad boys on at night and leave it on til the morning. I put another one on after showering. After 1 day, poof, the pimple is nonexistent and there is visible white residue (sebum) collected in the patch. Worth
