I got these for my sister and she loves them. It helps with the healing process and helps prevent scars. Also prevents dirt from getting on the "open wound".

The patches are effective but not really "magical". 

I really like these patches for small pimples - the ones that are just emerging.   I put these on those at night and in the morning, they are gone.   Pimples that have already formed a whitehead though, not so much.  

I really wish I found out about these patches sooner! They are amazing and does what it says it does. I find that it's more effective for me when I put the patch on a pimple right after cleansing, even before toner. The products from my regular skincare routine get in the way of the patch drawing out the bacteria and sebum from the pimple so I put it on directly after my face is cleansed.
