I put it on before bed and next morning, the acne goes flat and there is a gross little white thing which I think is the pimple on the patch. It would be great for people with few acne because it wouldn't last long for me. But it works though

At first I thought this was gimmicky because I've tried similar products from different brands and none of it worked. This actually work! I wouldn't say that it cleared my pimple with just one use but it helps to absorb the oil and heal my skin faster. I will be stocking up. 

I love to use these things with a coma done extractor to get out all the gunk, and clean it up. Then I pop the little bandage on, and the morning after usually the entire pimple is gone. It's also great for cystic bumps that don't form heads.
