It can sooth my pimple overnight, miracle 

You see immediate result, the pimple is less swollen.

It is a great product! 

This is really wonderful for small pimples (or small inflammatory papules or pustules) but for bigger, more inflamed, or cystic acne, it doesn't help at all, and I'm not sure if it may even make the bigger ones worse. I re-purchased a lot of these, but I think I will only use these on those small pimples in the future.
