Comes in a spray tip form so it's easy to soak onto cotton wipes, it feels light and moisturizing on the skin, if you apply it onto the face about 3+ times (for the layered toner fad) it feels really moisturized 

After using this toner, my blackheads gets lesser and lesser.

This product is very gentle on skin!
