I used about a pea size amount and it melted away a full face of makeup! Its very gentle!! 

I love using this balm on days when I’m too lazy to remove my makeup with wipes. Not only it does a good job at removing heavy makeup, but it makes my skin feel so soft after i wash my face. The only con about this is that it has a very unpleasant scent; it literally smells like chemicals. However, I would repurchase it.

I've been using this product for quite some time now, and I have to say I love it more the the Banila Co Clean It Zero.  Unlike the Banila Co cleansing balm, this does not irritate my eyes whenever I remove my eye makeup with it.  Since I have sensitive skin, makeup wipes irritated my skin and leaves dry patches whenever I used the wipes.  However, with the cleansing balm is very gentle and it helps dissolve and remove all my makeup. Also, I bought another one of it when it was on sale, even though I did not finish using it...
