Just as the product says, it's very effective on acne scars and hyper pigmentation however, the results aren't instant as with most products. If you use this consistently everyday you will eventually see a difference with your blemishes. My spots haven't completely faded yet but maybe in a few more moths they'll be gone.

For some odd reason this cream works only on occasional zits (when your period comes), but never works on the other regular pimples. ALSO, since this cream doesn't dry completely, it will leave a residue on your pillow (which drive me crazy!!)
