san…@ This product reduces the inflammation of my cystic acne overnight. It is thick though, so it is only reccommended as a spot treatment and not an all-over-the-face cream.

Cleared my acne. I used it with the combination of  Centella Blemish Ampule. I won't say this happens over night but I used it day and night padding in to skin after using the Ampule. Takes a few days to clean deep rutted acne but I see the results and the spots are not coming back!
