I find that if i use this just when i'm about to get a pimple it helps with diminishing the size. good overall at keeping pimples tamed. currently ordered a second one as the first is almost running out 

I put it on blemishes at night, and they are either gone or look way better in the morning.

Didnt really notice a huge difference with this product
