Absolutely love this toner! I have very very dry skin. I use the 5 step layering routine with this.  It has helped hydrate my skin and keep everything balanced. It actually feels like it sinks into the skin rather than sit on the surface. 

it's been a struggle of looking for a toner that hydrate and absorb well. pyunkang yul is such a holy grail. use it everyday and night.
