This toner is awesome! It's so moisturizing and yet so light, it doesn't feel greasy or heavy on my skin. It makes my skin feel fresh and soft and is a great base for my makeup. 

This is my new HG moisturizing toner. I was using the Klairs toner before but I realized that my sensitive skin did not like the fragrance and centella asiatica in that toner so I dropped it and started using that one. My skin loves this stuff and I will definitely repurchase

The toner feels very sticky if you use it with your hands but when you use it was a cotton ball or pad it doesn't. It removes dirt really well and leaves your skin looking nice, clean and ready for the next steps in the skin care routine.
