I didn't notice any skin brightening effects, but I did like this one better than the Jeju Lava Seawater Mist. This one was just more hydrating in comparison and not as expensive. Plus the spray from the pump was a nice light mist, unlike the stream that would come out from the Jeju Lava Seawater Mist. Mostly I like to spray the Jeju Sparkling Mineral Mist on my puff for a cushion foundation that has turned out to be too drying for my skin.
Besides now smelling like my deceased Grandma, I find that this lotion absorbed into my skin fairly fast and is a lighter weight lotion. For my needs I was hoping that this lotion would be a little more hydrating and help to balance my light body acne which it did not. So I will not be repurchasing, but I still might recommend this to people that don't need the extra hydration. Lastly, I was disappointed that my pump was broken in shipping, but I made it work.

Quite difficult to applied on my face,,so far just okay, quite expensive with their normal price.

Its a normal blotting sheets, it does absorbs the face oils.
This is such an awesome product and is my third time buying this. My pimples disappear the next day with no redness.
I use this on my damp hair and my hair is less frizzy and has more shine. My ends don't look as dry anymore either.
