I haven't noticed any whiten benefits so far but it does a great job at hydrating. The only thing is that you would want to use these masks at night because the product kind of peels onto the skin?

When i first used it, I could not feel the black sugar granules on my skin but could only feel the honey mixture. However, apart from the first time, the other times I used this scrub, it has faithfully helped me to exfoliate my skin! What a unique scrub!
