This is the second time I'm buying this product and I'm pretty sure there will be a third time too. I'm absolutely in love with this product most days I don't need to put anything on except this and maybe a mascara. It has a really nice effect on my skin. I highly recommend it!
The reason why I love this product is the texture it leaves after applying it. It really light-weighted, gives a good base for make up!
( Just like Etude House eye primer) this 3CE eye primer has that not too dry not too wet texture which brings out the true color of an eyeshadow. Though it is a bit more expensive I fully recommend it. It has a better packaging so you can use the whole product.
