Weeks 1–2 (New to Retinal): Use every other evening. Dispense a small pea-sized amount and gently spread over areas of concern. If irritation occurs, reduce frequency or mix with more of the relief cream side. Apply sunscreen as the final step every morning after use.
Week 3 onwards: Use every evening. Apply an appropriate amount and spread evenly over the entire face.
