1. When unfolded, the waistband with the red printed line indicates the front side.
2. Wear from the bottom up just like regular underwear (do not wear with additional underwear; use alone).
3. After use, roll up the product tightly from the bottom.
4. Pull the side waistbands together and tie them for neat disposal.
