Способ применения
Twist up a small amount of the pencil liner tip.
Starting from the inner corner, glide the liner along the upper lash line toward the outer corner in one smooth stroke.
For a softer look, gently blend the line with a fingertip or smudge brush immediately after application.
For under-eye definition, lightly apply along the lower lash line using light, short strokes.
Allow to set for a few seconds for long-lasting wear.
