PURCELL Extreme Effect 4-Terpineol is a high-potency spot treatment formulated with 99.5% pure 4-Terpineol — the most active compound found in tea tree oil — to deliver targeted, intensive care directly to blemishes and problem areas.

4-Terpineol works to eliminate acne-causing bacteria, control excess sebum, and visibly reduce redness and swelling at the source.
