The Troubless Hydro Soothing Moisture Cream is a lightweight, non-greasy moisturizer built specifically for oily, combination, and trouble-prone skin — delivering deep hydration and active soothing while supporting the skin's natural barrier.

The standout ingredient is 10,000 ppm (1%) Panthenol — a clinically significant concentration of Pro-Vitamin B5 that works on multiple levels: it draws moisture into the skin, strengthens the lipid barrier, and reduces inflammation from existing blemishes and sensitivity. At this level, Panthenol goes beyond basic hydration to actively support skin repair and recovery.

Alongside Panthenol, the cream features 4-Terpineol (Antisebum P) — Troubless' patented plant-derived complex that regulates excess sebum and soothes irritation at the source — the same active that runs through the Troubless product line. Melia Azadirachta (Neem) Leaf and Flower Extracts add further antibacterial and anti-inflammatory support, making this cream well-suited for skin dealing with recurring breakouts or redness.

Formulated at a low pH to reinforce the skin's acid mantle, and free from fragrance, essential oils, and alcohol, the cream absorbs quickly without a greasy or heavy feel — making it comfortable for both morning and evening use.
